A banda australiana VIRGIN BLACK vai realizar um único e exclusivo show na Europa destacando seu álbum "Requiem - Mezzo Forte". VB será a banda principal do Elements Of Rock Festival em Zurich na Suíça, que vai acontecer nos dias 20 e 21 de abril. No evento estará disponível para venda o novo álbum que tem seu lançamento oficial marcado para o dia 27 de abril na Europa. O CD será distribuído pela Massacre Records e terá uma versão limitada em digipack com um CD bônus. O tracklist do “Requiem - Mezzo Forte”é:

Adelaide's Virgin Black display an epic mastery of the Gothic doom style, creating superbly dark, melancholy music. Some comparisons with the likes of My Dying Bride could be made, but Virgin Black has a distinctive approach that makes them unique, with a real passion in Escarbe's playing and London's vocals that is rarely found elsewehere. The only major change in the band has come with the addition of Miller in place of Aaron Nicholls after the recording of the second album. In mid-2003 they toured Germany and the US with Agalloch and followed that up with a national tour in November. A highly recommended band.
